Our Approach to Hiring
This probably looks different than other job applications. That's because we want to know more about how you think. So, we suggest you look at all the questions first and figure out your answers, then come back and complete the survey. We don't care as much about acronyms on your resume or years in your profession. We'd rather hire a smart, passionate person with a year or two of experience than someone with ten years that hasn't learned any new tricks in the last nine!
The Application
There are three pages. The first asks general questions about the position and your contact info. The second page asks questions specific to the position to get an idea of your knowledge. This where you might want to use the
Save and Continue. Feel free to look up answers or think them over, this isn't a pop quiz but rather an insight into how you solve problems. The last page has a few general questions and gives you a chance to brag.
