What is the Trend Micro Customer Feedback Group?
We need your feedback about our products! By signing up, you are allowing us to send you emails so you can participate in usability activities where we gather feedback from you. You are not obligated to participate in any of the activities -- you choose which activities you want to participate in.
What types of activities can I participate in?
Usability testing, focus groups, customer feedback surveys, marketing and sales feedback sessions, and beta testing
Is there compensation?
You will be paid a minimum of a $50 USD gift card for sessions over the phone. Survey winners are drawn randomly and the prizes may vary.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions that take place on the phone are usually 1 hour. Surveys usually take about 15 minutes.
