The Zeta Chapter is excited to be hosting Alpha Sigma Kappa's 2008 National Convention! The convention will be held at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in Baltimore, Maryland from Thursday, August 7 - Sunday, August 9, 2008.
Hotel reservations have been made for the Comfort Inn & Suites on Elkridge Landing Road, in the BWI Hotel Zone. Hotel accommodations include Internet access, 24-hour complimentary BWI Airport Shuttle Service, and complimentary breakfast. The total hotel cost for a three-night stay will be $65-75 per person, depending on the number of people per room. Rooms have two queen-size beds and a pull-out couch, and will each hold up to 5 people. **However, since we have already reserved hotel rooms, as normal registration has "closed," we have limited spots left. The early registration deadline for the convention is July 25,2008. Registration prior to this deadline will be $60.00 per person, which can be paid by a personal check payable to "Alpha Sigma Kappa."
Registration after July 25 will be an additional $10.00 per person. Checks will be collected at check-in, along with money for hotel rooms, t-shirts ($12), and Orioles tickets ($6).
