Blackboard Introduction
This hands-on workshop introduces you to the many features of Blackboard (SDSU's Learning Management System), and gives you a forum to ask questions.
Blackboard Grade Center
This workshop will include posting grades for assignments and exams, choosing options for displaying grades, accessing the different gradebook views, adjusting or weighting grade center items, exporting the grade center to Excel, and viewing grade center item statistics.
Prerequisite: Intro to Blackboard or Equivalent Knowledge
Captivate
Learn how to create accessible online instructional tutorials that include animation, narration, and captioning without programming knowledge or multimedia skills.
Blackboard Assessments (Blackboard Quizzes and Surveys)
Learn how to do online quizzes and surveys to check student learning, give students practice with learning endeavors, and receive anonymous feedback.

Using the Discussion Board as a Teaching and Learning Tool
Learn about discussion board mechanics along with learning activities you can use in your course discussion board to encourage student learning and engagement.

Wimba Live Classroom
Wimba Live Classroom is a web-conferencing system, offering the ability to hold and archive class sessions, group meetings, office hours, or guest presentations online with audio, video, text, images, and multimedia materials. Participant interaction may occur through text chat, audio discussion, shared whiteboard, application sharing, and polls.
Wimba Voice Tools
Wimba Voice Tools gives you the ability to add voice recordings, voice-based discussion boards, and live chat sessions combining text and voice to a Blackboard course, to send out voice-based emails through Blackboard, and to easily create podcasts.
Introduction to Clickers
Learn more about how SDSU faculty are using clickers to increase student engagement, encourage participation and attendance, and administer assessments. Faculty from several disciplines will present their uses of clickers.
