Prevailing Wage Survey

PLEASE NOTE:
This survey was revised on April 26, 2010.  Eight wage classifications were removed from the survey as it was determined that these classifications would not be needed on the University Health System Capital Improvement project.  Wage data was not received for any of the eight wage classifications that were removed from the survey.

The Bexar County Hospital District d/b/a University Health System has contracted the accounting firm of Padgett, Stratemann & Co., L.L.P. (“PSCO”) to conduct a comprehensive Prevailing Minimum Wage Rate Survey for Construction Trades in Bexar County. The survey will define the minimum wage rate including the enumeration of fringes and benefits for skilled craftsmen in the selected trades.

Your company is requested to participate in this important survey. The results of this survey will determine the prevailing minimum wage rates for the University Health System’s Capital Improvement Program. It is open to all general contractors and specialty contractors regardless of trade group affiliation.
