Dear Participant:

Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to open participation in the 2010 Executive Compensation Survey of Privately-Held Companies.  This survey is designed to capture compensation data of 12 key executive positions.  We are inviting your organization to take part in this survey and welcome your participation.

Individual information will be kept under the strictest of confidence. All the data will be pooled; hence, individual responses cannot be traced back to any company in particular. Your feedback matters, so please respond candidly.

Survey results will be available to participants in .pdf format at a fee of $100, a modest cost compared to other published compensation surveys.  Non-participants may purchased the survey for $300.

Participant information will be represented in a format that will enable users to ascertain market values of compensation for executive positions within comparably situated privately-held firms, where the composition of the compensation package is much different than counterparts among publicly-traded firms.  This survey is designed to address the unique nature of the overall compensation package and provide users with a means to make better decisions regarding the components and values of compensation elements within their own companies.
