1. Do you classify yourself as disabled?

3. Are you aware of the term "Web 2.0"?
4. If you use a screen reader, which software do you use?
5. Do you consider yourself aware of the technical details of web accessibility?
6. Do you have difficulty using content which uses Adobe Flash technology?
7. When accessing multimedia content online, be it audio or video, do you prefer it to play automatically or require you to start it manually (for example, by pressing the Play button)?

9. Would you like to be able to control the volume of applications independently of each other?

15. Did you find the video easier or more difficult to control than a video on the regular YouTube website?

17. If you used the keyboard shortcuts, would you like to be able to choose your own key combinations?
18. How much information was there on the video-viewing page?
19. Were you aware that parts of the page content changed without requiring a page load? For example, after clicking "Show the next 5 comments", the comments displayed were replaced with the next five.

Questions 20 and 21 are for screen reader users only.

20. Comments, related videos and search results all had limited numbers of results displayed. When you clicked a "Next" or "Previous" link, the next set of results was loaded and the page updated accordingly. Did you like this?
21. If your screen reader did not announce the page content changes described in the previous question, do you think your opinion would be different if the changes had been announced?
