2010 BROOKS ID CANADA DAILY MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

BROOKS PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED BY RMP ATHLETIC LOCKER LTD. IN CANADA

The Inspire Daily Program to support and encourage members of the running community who share a passion for the Brooks brand. As ambassadors for RMP Athletic Locker and Brooks Sports, I.D. Members are expected to wear Brooks products exclusively. ID Members receive an exclusive ID apparel and footwear package, and have the right to purchase product at pre-determined periods throughout the year. They are also required to help out Brooks events in their region once per season (Spring and Fall).

With demand for the I.D. Program at an all-time high, and accountability efforts becoming increasingly difficult, RMP Athletic Locker and Brooks has implemented a no-tolerance policy regarding Members wearing competitor brands to events, races, or in their respective communities of influence. These incidents undermine RMP Athletic Locker and Brooks efforts to create a truly unique and elite program, and members violating the product exclusivity rule will have their memberships canceled immediately.
